Q.How do I know my tour is confirmed?
A.You will receive an email confirming your booking with the corresponding order number. In any case, if the payment is captured and you haven’t received the confirmation, kindly call or email us to confirm whether the voucher has been issued or not.
Q.Do I need to tip my guide?
A.No, You do not need to tip your guide; it is not expected. However, the guide may accept a tip, if offered. Tipping to appreciate their good work and camaraderie gives them the motivation to do better.
If you would like to help your guide, you can leave a thoughtful review of your tour for future travelers to see.
Q.I have a disability; can I join a trip?
A.We are committed to making travel widely accessible, regardless of ability or disability. We recommend that you carefully consider whether you are physically and mentally able to complete the itinerary of the tour you have chosen, keeping in mind that on most trips you will be required to carry your own bags and do some walking.
In most cases, the majority of our tours are not wheelchair accessible. For minor physical disabilities, we will make reasonable adjustments to the operation of our trips to facilitate the requirements of disabled travelers –Many travelers with disabilities have been able to enjoy our trips by traveling with a friend or companion who can assist with specific needs. If joining a group trip is not practical we may be able to provide you with private arrangements. Please contact our team for further assistance.
Q.What should I do if my tour cannot go ahead as planned for the day?
A.If for any reason there is an issue on the day of your tour which would stop the tour from going ahead as planned (member of your group is unwell. Time booked is not available etc) please call our dedicated hotline at +971505593840.
Alternatively, you can also contact us through WhatsApp chat on the same number. A dedicated staff will be able to assist you immediately and provide you with the options available.
Q.How do I cancel a tour?
A.Call us right away. If it’s after normal business hours, please contact us via e-mail to start the cancellation process and ensure your maximum refund.
You will be responded immediately once the office resumes. You can also visit our cancellation and refund terms and conditions here.
Q.When do I get my refund after cancellation?
A.The refund is processed within 7 working days of cancellation. However, for the amount to reflect in your bank or credit card account will depend on the time taken by your bank thereafter. For any discrepancies and delays, kindly check directly with your bank or credit card company. It is advisable to contact us within 48 hours of the cancellation request.

Q.I’m traveling alone – is that OK?
A.With Saifco Travel and Tourism we have designed many tours that cater to solo travelers. Many of our travelers join because they are traveling alone and want to meet and share experiences with like-minded people. Our guides are friendly and accommodating so you won’t feel alone
Q.Is SAIFCO Travel & Tours suitable for LGBTQI travelers?
A.It’s important for our travelers to be aware of the local laws and customs in the destinations we visit as some countries have laws that discriminate against LGBTQI people. Saifco Travel and Tourism LLC are welcome to join our tours whatever the orientations are. Everyone should feel comfortable when they travel and we know that many of our travelers are part of the LGBTQI community.
We don’t tolerate any form of discrimination, violence (verbal or physical), or sexual harassment, either between travelers or involving our leaders, or local people. If you feel that someone is behaving inappropriately while traveling with us, please inform your tour leader or local guide immediately. Q.Does Saifco Travels have family trips?
A.Saifco offers a wide range of family adventures and sightseeing tours. We understood the importance of traveling with your kids and we love to see them enjoying themselves with you. The minimum age (for Family trips) varies depending on the tour of your choice. Age brackets are usually mentioned in each tour. Additionally, you’ll notice that some of the more adventurous tours have a higher minimum age. Please check each tour for more information.
Q.How many people will be on my trip?
A.Good things come in small packages, which is why we keep our group sizes down. This means we’re small enough to remain flexible. On most of our sharing tours, you’ll be part of a group of 12-14 people, though our group sizes are on average 10 people like Dubai City Tour, Abu Dhabi City Tour and Dhow Cruise Dinner pick and drop. A bigger group is expected for the Musandam Dibba Tour. With the exception of the DESERT SAFARI tour which carries a maximum of 6-7 people per vehicle. For optimum convenience, you can upgrade your tour to a Private Desert safari if you are 4-to-5 persons and wants total comfort.
Q.Are there age restrictions on your trips?
A.Majority of our trips have a minimum age of 3 but an adult must accompany the children. Our adventure trip like a quad bike has a minimum age of 11. Younger children can join other trips, but check each trip for its minimum age, which is located on the trip’s overview page on the website. Most of our trips don’t have a maximum age limit, but a self-assessment is required for all passengers 70 years and over.
If I booked for COMBO tours can I just do part of the trip?
You can always opt to sign off the trip if you need to leave a day or so. Although you won’t be reimbursed for any portion of the trip unused under any circumstances. However, we have a dedicated team to accommodate your requirements to re-arrange your tour and try to fit in with the available days you have. All you need to do is let us know before travel that you’ll be arriving late or need to leave before the trip ends.
There are COMBO trips that can be done in 1 day. Dubai City Tour and Desert Safari, Dubai City Tour, and Dhow Cruise Dinner. Dubai City Tour and Burj Khalifa At The Top Viewing and so on
Q.Can I make any changes to the itinerary of my group trip, either before or during the trip?
A.If you are joining a sharing tour with a different group please make sure that you know the itinerary and are ok with it before booking because we are unable to change them for individual travelers. However, if you booked for a private tour or you are with a bigger group and would like your own personally designed itinerary, get in contact with our dedicated travel consultant for a tailored itinerary just for you.
Q.How can you contact Saifco Travel and Tourism and re-confirm your tour?
A.Almost all our tours are Instant confirmation, however, you have to contact us at least 24 hours prior to the tour date for the exact pick-up time. In some instances, pick-up timing is written in your voucher .please note that the exact pick-up time will solely depend on the location of your hotel. Therefore, it is advisable to contact us via WhatsApp in order to re-confirm your booking.
