Scheduling an Appointment for Umrah from Dubai

To schedule an appointment, applicants between the age of 6 to 80 need to pre-book and visit their centers for biometric enrollment. Then you can get a visa to Saudi Arabia if you are planning for an Umrah from Dubai. You can get a visa for business/tourism as well.

Applicants with a UAE residence visa of Abu Dhabi or Al-Ain must provide an invitation letter or pre-approval letter addressed to Abu Dhabi. They can apply in Abu Dhabi only.

Saudi Arabia Multiple Entry Visa

The visa validity and visa fees have changed from 15th September 2019. This was announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Arabia. So if you are planning to travel to Saudi Arabia, you need to get an invitation letter: single entry or multiple entries.

All applicants traveling to Saudi Arabia must obtain a Council of Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI) approved Medical Insurance Certificate from the VFS TasHeel Visa Application Centre. You need to pay the cost of the insurance at the time of the appointment.

Things You Should Know Before Applying for Visa

• VFS TasHeel is not responsible for the turnaround time of your visa application from the Saudi Arabia Consulate.
• Duration of visa and single entry or multiple entry is at the discretion of the Saudi Arabia Consulate.
• The Consulate can approve or reject your visa application at their sole discretion.
• Other services like visa service charges or Enjaz Fee are optional. They are not compulsory to get a visa for Saudi Arabia.
• You have to pay a non-refundable service fee for your visa application at the VFS visa center.
• Medical fees, Enjaz IT fees, and visa fees are collected on the behalf of Saudi MoFA. These fees can change according to the exchange rate at that particular time. You have to pay the difference in fees at the VFS TasHeel center.
• If you have already paid some fees, you have to show proof of payment at the appointment time in the center.
