For eligible travellers, the Saudi Arabia one-year multiple-entry tourist visa can be used for tourism, leisure, events, visits to family or friends, and Umrah outside the Hajj season. It is not valid for work, study or Hajj. Eligibility depends on the applicant’s passport and application route; living in the UAE does not automatically make someone eligible.
