Q.I have a disability; can I join a trip?

A.We are committed to making travel widely accessible, regardless of ability or disability. We recommend that you carefully consider whether you are physically and mentally able to complete the itinerary of the tour you have chosen, keeping in mind that on most trips you will be required to carry your own bags and do some walking. 

In most cases, the majority of our tours are not wheelchair accessible. For minor physical disabilities, we will make reasonable adjustments to the operation of our trips to facilitate the requirements of disabled travelers –Many travelers with disabilities have been able to enjoy our trips by traveling with a friend or companion who can assist with specific needs. If joining a group trip is not practical we may be able to provide you with private arrangements. Please contact our team for further assistance.

Q.What should I do if my tour cannot go ahead as planned for the day?

A.If for any reason there is an issue on the day of your tour which would stop the tour from going ahead as planned (member of your group is unwell. Time booked is not available etc) please call our dedicated hotline at +971505593840.

Q.How do I cancel a tour?

A.Call us right away. If it’s after normal business hours, please contact us via e-mail to start the cancellation process and ensure your maximum refund.

You will be responded immediately once the office resumes. You can also visit our cancellation and refund terms and conditions here.

Q.When do I get my refund after cancellation?

A.The refund is processed within 7 working days of cancellation. However, for the amount to reflect in your bank or credit card account will depend on the time taken by your bank thereafter. For any discrepancies and delays, kindly check directly with your bank or credit card company. It is advisable to contact us within 48 hours of the cancellation request.

A.With Saifco Travel and Tourism we have designed many tours that cater to solo travelers. Many of our travelers join because they are traveling alone and want to meet and share experiences with like-minded people. Our guides are friendly and accommodating so you won’t feel alone

 Q.Does Saifco Travels have family trips? 

A.Saifco offers a wide range of family adventures and sightseeing tours. We understood the importance of traveling with your kids and we love to see them enjoying themselves with you. The minimum age (for Family trips) varies depending on the tour of your choice. Age brackets are usually mentioned in each tour. Additionally, you’ll notice that some of the more adventurous tours have a higher minimum age. Please check each tour for more information.

Q.How many people will be on my trip? 

A.Good things come in small packages, which is why we keep our group sizes down. This means we’re small enough to remain flexible. On most of our sharing tours, you’ll be part of a group of 12-14 people, though our group sizes are on average 10 people like Dubai City Tour, Abu Dhabi City Tour and Dhow Cruise Dinner pick and drop. A bigger group is expected for the Musandam Dibba Tour. With the exception of the DESERT SAFARI tour which carries a maximum of 6-7 people per vehicle. For optimum convenience, you can upgrade your tour to a Private Desert safari if you are 4-to-5 persons and wants total comfort.

Q.Are there age restrictions on your trips?

A.Majority of our trips have a minimum age of 3 but an adult must accompany the children. Our adventure trip like a quad bike has a minimum age of 11. Younger children can join other trips, but check each trip for its minimum age, which is located on the trip’s overview page on the website. Most of our trips don’t have a maximum age limit, but a self-assessment is required for all passengers 70 years and over.

If I booked for COMBO tours can I just do part of the trip?

You can always opt to sign off the trip if you need to leave a day or so. Although you won’t be reimbursed for any portion of the trip unused under any circumstances. However, we have a dedicated team to accommodate your requirements to re-arrange your tour and try to fit in with the available days you have. All you need to do is let us know before travel that you’ll be arriving late or need to leave before the trip ends.

Q.Can I make any changes to the itinerary of my group trip, either before or during the trip? 

A.If you are joining a sharing tour with a different group please make sure that you know the itinerary and are ok with it before booking because we are unable to change them for individual travelers. However, if you booked for a private tour or you are with a bigger group and would like your own personally designed itinerary, get in contact with our dedicated travel consultant for a tailored itinerary just for you.

A.You want to look good and fine while dining outside so wear one. Smart casuals are acceptable during dhow cruises. You should avoid wearing shorts, slippers, and flip-flops. Very short skirts are a no-no. They are not acceptable.

A.Both cruises offer entertainment and dinner. However, people who have gone on both dinner cruises enjoyed the Dubai Marina Dinner cruise. Slightly more expensive but with better service and the view is spectacular.

A.Children under 3 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of cost.

Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as children and charged a child rate.

Children above the age of 10 will be considered an adult and charged an adult rate.

Q.How does seating work? Upper deck vs Lower Deck?
A.There are no specific tables reserved during booking. We operate on a first come first serve basis. If you wish to have an upper deck table you should arrive early.

Q.Do you provide baby chairs and wheelchairs?

A.To complete the pilgrimage of Umrah, one has to cut their hair as per the methods stated for men (halq) and women (taqsir) differently. Men should get their heads shaved, while women should get their hair cut short to the length of fingertips at the end of the umrah as this is the final ritual of the umrah. After shaving or cutting hair your umrah will be considered complete.  As per halq, partial shaving of the head is not valid.
